Shipping & delivery
Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We only deliver within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.
Shipping costs: In addition to the indicated prices we charge
- for delivery within Germany flat rate of 6.99 euros per order.
– for delivery within the European Union flat rate of 16.00 euros per order.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the delivery charge can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
The shipping costs or delivery costs are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
Delivery time: The delivery times are announced in the order process together with the products ordered. If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 working days after conclusion of the contract.
